DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCES:
? Thai National Only, Male/Female Age: 30-40*Negotiable.
? Bachelor?s Degree.
? At least 1-2 years of experience in store operation in Hotel business.
? Must have Driver License.
? Proficient in computer skill (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint) will be an advantage.
? Positive attitude, strong service mind, patient & problem-solving skills.
? Creative, Multi-tasking Skill, Flexible and able to work under pressure.
? Good organizational skills.

JOB HIGHLIGHTS/SCOPE:
? Being a START-UP member who helps create/build strong organization together with team
? Helps and creates/build strong organization as well as internal operational procedure together report direct to Hotel General Manager, based at Property level.
? To support and corporate with Accounting team and Purchasing team.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Monitor Profit & Loss to reach the target specified by the hotel and initiate correlative action when necessary according.
? Monitor Daily Inventory level to consistency achieve store target.
? Ability to operate budget control and inventory management.
? Monitor the price of merchandise in the market to be competitive at all time.
? Monitor and control variances with appropriate action plan.
? To control inventory throughout assigned store to maximize in stock conditions while minimizing back stock. Maintain stock room standard at all times.
? Strive to train and develop all employees to achieve excellence in all they do and incense efficiency and productivity in every function.
? Maintain store standard at all time.
? Able to travel in other city and/or oversea.
